We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.

How should I care for my brass and metal items?
To maintain the original shine, you can use a standard metal polish. However, many of our customers prefer to let the metal age naturally, allowing it to darken and develop character through handling.
